What's your username on Youtube? I personally have close to 300 subscribers, but the member here KingK has over 1000.

Yeah he hasn't posted much here but he has on other laser forums like LC and SF.

No idea how many subscribers I have but I do have $400 from metacafe ;) that was for the vid that took the least time and effort, the 2 I sweated blood over are sinking without trace.......

Man I feel your pain... ;D I put a good deal of effort in some of my videos and the only one that gets me a decent chunk of money is the one I put little effort into.

Youtube, just about any video that is uploaded is uploaded to youtube. Plus, i hate all the ads on Met-crap -e :cool:

Youtube. It has more crap (my videos), but it also has more good videos (styropyro's videos).

Plus, kipkay led me to styropyro who led me here. I love Youtube.

I voted. youtube all the way. We have a 50" plasma hooked up to a computer with a wireless keyboard so you can imagine the youtube surfing that goes on. Youtube is much larger and has the most vidoes of any as well right?

I do this with my 50" plasma as well. Except I do it with my PSP, HD tv-out cable, and Ultimate PSPTube ;D Youtube is t3h winz

YouTube. I used to use metacafe, but I got sick of all the ads, dont think youtube even has a single ad on their homepage! :eek:

Right now I see 2 ads on the homepage. One being google chrome, one being some "get discovered" ad. Also there's a bunch of ads in search results. Also lots of videos have so many of those little pop-up bubbles. I hate those and they strike me as ads, but not all videos have them.

I dont see any ? Either way, YouTube has ALOT less ads than metacafe.

Google video has no ads, requires no registration to post videos, rate videos, post comments, it allows high resolutions, has no time limits so you can upload full movies, and best of all it isn't as popular as youtube so you don't get a flood of completely retarded comments..

Oh, and if anyone else is as annoyed at the inane and moronic comments on youtube, here's a completely awesome firefox addon that filters them based on stupidity:
