*edit* i deleted the original poll because I forgot to enable an option to make the votes Public. the record at the time was 5 positive , 3 negative. only 1 person had emailed me with a complaint. sorry for inconvenience but please revote. the reason for me making votes public now is i don't want any disgruntled users making 2nd accounts just to vote negative or something stupid like that. it should be clear who voted what.

the purpose of this poll is to get a sense of your happiness with the moderators on LPF

i personally have been very happy with the mod team and think they are doing a great job.

if you answer 'dissatisfied' please email me directly stating why giving links to evidence of the reason ( atarasov attt hushmail dot com )

i want to make sure u all are happy. if u think there is room for improvement please let me know. please do not fight in this thread. positives and constructive feedback is fine, but no fighting. email me about anything that u think could cause a fight and would be best left out of this thread

As far as i can see, til now, they are doing a good job, for that what they can do, so no dissatisfaction here.

(And, in any eventual case of dissatisfaction, it can be solved with a last blood duel call, without start a fight in the forum, anyway ..... j/k )

I'm pretty satisfied wih their work, especially considering there are only 4 or 5 of them, right?
I mean, a forum this size usually has more moderators, one or even several for
every subforum.
So yes, a good job is being done here.

If you ask for an email or feedback though c0ld, then I think it's fair to expect a reply. I have sent a few in the past and not had any acknowledgement which is disappointing.

Why should I publicly speak out against Dave the Mod ? LAST TIME I disagreed with him, he banned me out of spite - Yeah, I was the one dissenting vote - nobody else has the stones to speak up I suppose. Ban away, I suppose if it matters to you.

statistically i think there always will be situations where 2 people have disagreements or fights with each other.

as a forum admin, it is never possible to make everyone happy. my goal is to have most people happy, which it appears the community is overall

Everything is good for me. Never had a problem where i need to contact a moderator. Also they all have been doing a good Job with the spam control & Troll control "That i have not seen for a wail"

yeh it is pretty clear stuff is going awesome here. i agree there has been almost no fightings thx to the mods. closing this poll, it is probably the biggest blowout ever for a poll lol, and i'm not surprised=)
