whats wrong with him? i dont hate him lol. whickedlasers i dont hate either, i just dont agree with the prices.

I think kipkay is kewl....Who would of ever thought about a nightvision scope thingy from common parts for cheap? ::) I don't hate WL but I think they suck as a company and as people.

I wanna make some of the Infrared goggles that Kipkay made, but idk where to get the stuff :'(

for those who have seen that video, he says do not look at the sun, how is it any different than looking at the sun without the goggles? i mean the same light is hitting your eyes, the same amount of light is hiting your eyes, it's just that now you can actually see the infrared light hitting your eye, what difference does it make that now you can see what's hiting your eye?

probably because your pupils will dilate from the lack of visible light, then staring at the sun allows a ton of UV/IR/other nasty wavelengths to parade into your eyes

I would like to make the IR nightvision thingy if I find the right "Ultra Low Lux B/W microcamera" and an old VHS recorder.That has got to be the kewlest thing he made since the laser. ;D Then I'm gonna make 3 IR lasers and attach them to the thing lika a predator crosshair and shoot people with airsoft guns in the dark ::) Sweeeet. :D

I dislike kipkay because although he can make good gadgets he should not give advice unless he knows what he is talking about

i also don't like wl for more than one reason

If he got it to work then yes he does know what he's talking about, but you got to keep in mind this is all homemade stuff, so if cant sound professional.. it still works as long as you do what he says.

I can't work out why his laser works tbh can you?

but yeah some of his stuff is really cool
