well the phones from a year or 2 back usually had a crappy VGA camera but it's not like that raised the price by much. But you are right about the flip phone thing, that's what most of the motorola phones were. yeah your best bet is to buy a somewhat old nokia phone online for cheap.

I got the red version. T-mobile doesn't have a blue or black version which is wierd. They do have an orange version though which isn't shown on the Nokai website though.

o yeah my friend has it, what's wrong with it? it has bluetooth and custom ringtones, isnt that what you want?

I like it. I just wish it didn't have all that stuff I don't need to make it cheaper. FM radio and camera just to name a couple.

hahaha. :D

i dont like the treo phones because:
1. ive just never liked phones with the keyboard right there on the front (like the blackjack, Q, dash)
2. square touchscreen = less compatibility towards other windows mobile apps and games out there. Sure they do add support to square screen for some apps, but not all.

Nobody said nothing bout Windows.  Blech.  Windows was more designed for the traveling professional that needed to edit word and excel documents and such.  I'm more of a palm man myself. (don't even go there guys!!!) I've got so many applications for it that it's pathetic.  But then I've had a palm powered device since treo broke away from palm and formed it's own pathetic little company which then merged back into palm.

I mean how cool is it to go to anyone's house and use my universal remote control built into my phone to change the channels. gotta love messin with folks.

o yeah windows is awesome, I'm just saying a prefer a 320 x 240 screen rather than a 240 x 240 screen. more compatibility. I wish my Tilt had the IR. I really looked forward to using it as a remote control but they took this feature out.
do you have DOOOOOOOOOM for your phone? you must!

My phone has no usable memory, no file browser, it's not even MMS-compatible because MMS contains media.

It was $30 unlocked. :)

Samsung intrepid 512mb+ 8gb sd slot. Windows mobile 6.5. with working slingbox 320 channels of cable payper-view bliss. Added security camera at the house with IR
and audio steaming live.

Folks, thread was over 2 years old on post #24 , post $25 all of a sudden thought it would be a good idea to show off his phone from the future (for about two years in future, actually :p )

I don't know the size, but my therapist said it could store 4 mp3:s... But I got it free from the municipality social insurance! But maybe I can insert a larger memory card in it?
