Some of you know that I have been killing orchid plants for years
This is my very first successful try at not only keeping the plant alive for over a year, but this is the first time I have gotten a plant to bloom again.

This second picture is of a second plant that I am hoping will be my second success in a couple more weeks

Peace,
dave

Congratulations Dave :) Took my Dad years to get the hang of raising Orchids. Not an easy thing.

A few of the women here have "ice cube orchids" at their desks. Apparently, they just need an ice cube's worth of water per time period (day? week? 'iono, devil's in the details)

Type "atari breakout" (without the quotation marks) into google image search.

After that, watch this..

Awesome posts :) Ped.
haven't played Breakout for years. I've seen speakers causing zigzag water flow, but that looks like a strobe?

Crazy Kitteh :D love it.

speaker outputs frequency equal to framerate of camera would do that too. I think in real life, it looks like water falling out of a tube that is taped to a speaker.

Dude's videos in general are wins lol
