That literally made my day!

Btw, they finally have a release date for the new one :D

Thought you would like that :D

Yep, December 18 2015. Just in time for Christmas.

(I know the date is wrong, I just like the picture.)

Michael Arndt released from writing duties, replaced by J.J. Abrams and Lawrence Kasdan.

The poor Falcon! And taking her down into the atmosphere... :cryyy:

Not sure how I feel about the writing changes. We'll have to wait and see until more information leaks.

That image gives me hope that maybe, just maybe, they re-cast Luke, Leia, and Han, and will just pick up a bit after VI.

Unfortunately I wouldn't be surprised if they decide to skip along to the next generation.

The rumor mill seems to have Han Solo teaching his kid to fly the Falcon. A full size Falcon supposedly sits in Pine Wood Studios now...

Crap, if they skipped ahead that far, that means they basically tossed out a good 10-15 years. Some of the best stuff happened in those years.

Spoiler alert. Someone goes to the darkside :p

Glad you liked them!

Those were my favorites. I'm disappointed Zahn didn't write that much more in the SW universe, although IIRC he does have a couple more books in there.

Zahn also wrote two additional Star Wars novels, collectively called The Hand of Thrawn Duology (consisting of Specter of the Past, and Vision of the Future). Recently he wrote the stand-alone novels Survivor's Quest, Outbound Flight, Allegiance, and Choices of One...

...Zahn's latest Star Wars novel, Scoundrels, features Han Solo, Chewbacca, Lando Calrissian, Winter, and new characters such as Bink Kitik, Tavia Kitik, Zerba Cher'dak and Rachele Ree.

I checked out the Duology(Didn't like it as much) Will look for the other three.

They were all audiobooks btw. I ran across the Star Wars Radio Drama. Pretty interesting if you are hardcore because they cover a lot of the events on the periphery of the first 3 movies. Sometimes you even hear the events from the movies in the background. A little campy and corny, but interesting.
