Why wont my profile picture show up?

I have uploaded the photo a dozen times at different sizes and even tried to link to the photo hosted online.

The photo is within the size constraints and its a jpeg.... help?

I didnt have any problems with my previous pictures on my old account

Your profile picture does show up. Perhaps you're trying to modify your avatar, which is the icon under a username. There is a setting for that in the User CP.

Haha but yes I do. I was under the impression you didnt want me to send it yet. I may have misread the pm and now I dont have access to it. If you would like it sent now if you could pm me your address again ill send it out asap.
