Anyway if you mean the heightened sensitivity for the human eye in general, many will tell you is the 555nm (540 THz) ie. R=179, G=255, B=0.

I don't think you understand what RGB values are.
You're not gonna believe this, but they're the values... get this, they're the VALUES... that is the amounts of red, green, and blue respectively.
larger numbers are brighter.
