i have seen alot of disscusion about what camera's people use to get their pics, so i though it would be good to start a thread to see which camera seems to have the best results. so basically, you can post what camera you have, and maybe a good shot you got with it. this might help people choose a good camera for laser, and closeup pics. i have 2 camera's, the first one is a Kodak easyshare dx6490, and it is absolutely crap for close up and beam pics. and it has auto focus, which i don't think you can turn off. i won't bother posting a pic of that one, you wouldn't be able to see anything! (just to add, this camera cost me about $1000 at the time);D ;D the second camera i use, and i absolutely love it is, simply, an "eyetoy" for a playstation 2. it has a focusing ring on the front, and has a pretty good resolution, so it is an awesome camera for close ups! here is a pic i took using the "eyetoy". that diode is only 5.6mm big, and you can even see the damage i did to it trying to get it out! luckily it was only a little 5mw thing!
