I like to use NOS...It taste good "GRAPE" and all you need is one.
I would recommend drinking it slow and please no vodka or anything like that.
also how does a banned more than once member get the brass enough to sluff off on others logo's... Just asking

You guys need to read up about caffine and what it really does to you.
I advise using....
High carb diet the day before races.
Apples (Don't have caffine, but are proven to give you more energy than coffee in the morning)
Water...or Gatoraid durring the races.[/size]

^I think most all the caffeine people are being sarcastic...especially since several of them are talking about snorting pure caffeine. I somehow doubt anyone is being serious about that.

Yes. My suggestion about Caffeine was absolute **SARCASM***SARCASM***SARCASM***SARCASM**
On a serious note:
I think using any artificial means to increase your stamina and boost your energy is equal to CHEATING. If you are worried about being able to run 400m in a competitive time the ONLY way to do so is lots and lots of proper training and a healthy diet. Step away from your computer, put on your running shoes and hit the track!
