I just wanted to share my experiences with United Nuclear (www.unitednuclear.com).

Personally, I think they are one of the best science and chemical supply companies in existence. I have had nothing but good experiences with United Nuclear; they provide a vast quantity of high-grade chemicals at affordable prices, and will sell to individuals, no questions asked.

I have not ordered from United Nuclear many times, but the products have always been exactly what I ordered. The chemicals are high-grade (I have tested, used, and proven them to be accurate, such as my production of cobalt metal using cobalt carbonate).

I am eagerly looking forward to my next order at United Nuclear, and I would strongly recommend that you order from them as well.

Does anyone else have any experiences with United Nuclear?

I remember when I first browsed that site when I was younger. I was fascinated by all of the exotic stuff there, that was until I found out that I could get everything there from other sources for less than half the price. The chemical prices are horrible there, the Neodymium magnets aren't well priced either.

I have some bits from eBay its pretty cool.
You can't really do anything with the bits but they are neat.

I bought some Indalloy, Magnaview fluid, Sodium Acetate, and Sodium Polyacrylate from United Nuclear before. Took like a month, but everything arrived in good condition.

best for magnets

Not if you live in Argentina and don't want to spend more on shipping than on the actual product =)

In case anyone here didn't know, the guy who owns United Nuclear is possibly crazy.

His name is Bob Lazar (Pronounced Lu-Tzar) and he claimed to have worked for Area 51 from '88-'89. "They" took him to an even more disclosed facility known as Papoose Lake/S-4, where he worked on 9 alien space crafts. He claims to be a CalTech and MIT graduate, and his only evidence is a W-2 from the Department of Naval Intelligence. He claims this is due to the government trying to make him look like an incredible source, he also claims they've tried to assassinate him.

I'm kind of interested in Area 51 and what goes on there, I found this out for a school research project.

Anyways, anyone have any alternative sources for some Magnaview?
