Trans-Siberian Orchestra...LASERS!!!!!!

I just wanted to drop in a comment that If you get the chance this Holiday season, Go see Trans-Siberian Orchestra in concert!!

My wife Kinda dragged me kicking and screaming, but they have one HELL of a Lightshow!!!

Their laser's were off the chart !!!

I was glad to have gone!!!!

U.S. tour...

Christmas music/theme..

I'm sure they do international...but they are coming to Oklahoma City December 22..

We Won't be able to make it this time.

They have a US East Coast and a West Coast troupe that play each year starting late Nov or early Dec and playing through New Year.  The show is a mix of modern Broadway-Metal, classical music done with electric guitar in a rock style held together by a story narrated about a holiday theme.  Al Pitrelli on guitar (west coast troupe) has been a member of Megadeth, Savatage, Blue Öyster Cult, Alice Cooper, and Asia.

It's worth seeing.  They use an orchestra as background for the 2 or 3 electric guitars.  You've probably heard Christmas Eve/Sarajevo 12/24 and Wizards in Winter.  A number of people with too much time on their hands were inspired enough to post videos they made to Wizards like this one:

Nice Vid....

But if you have never seen them in concert.....and you get a chance.....

Even if you HATE the music......when they kick on the lasers...you will be FLOORED!!!
