So occasionally a video comes along that makes me think holy S@#$. And when that happens I feel the need to share it so other people can experience the holy S@#$.

So yeah.

Good thing everyone on both planes had a parachute. All 9 people on both planes survived without injury.

I guess this eliminates the need to ask the age old question, " why would anybody jump out of a perfectly good airplane". This calls for a round of clean underwear!
Seriously though, I'm glad that no one was hurt.
Thanks for sharing BK! :)

Actually that's got to be the best video of a mid air collision I've seen captured on video.
Great thing no one was killed.

Thanks for sharing the video. Amazing what a GoPro camera can capture!

Strange the the pilots were both wearing a kit. Seeing as how they have to fly the plane back down and all.

That was my thought as well
Does "all survived" include the pilots?

Getting out of an undamaged door in which you are already standing
is MUCH different than unbuckling from your harness and getting out of a falling airplane

I did some more reading, and the pilot of the plane that lost the wing managed to jump out and had an emergency parachute. The pilot of the intact plane actually managed to land it despite damage to the prop and wings.

So yes, everyone including the pilots survived.
