Something i discussed on the mi6forums some years ago.
I still believe that Super Sonic Interrogation Chambers are more effective and cleaner to use and diagnostic as methode for the interogators if you want your subject to speak,... I was curious what other forum members where thinking about this matter.

Torture is a pretty useless way to get information in general. People just lie or give out useless info to make the pain stop.

Or they could give the right information using these new techniques, i also believe it's much more effectieve then the middle ages techniques where they use feathers to ticle your foot,... Anyway i want to hear more opinions by fellow forum members.

Explain please, couldn't find anything on Google (searched the title, no waterboarding).

You could also google for torture in the middle ages, like the above picture where they fill you up with water,...

I vote this strangest thread I have seen in a while....could you explain the graph you posted?

Search "Directorium Inquisitorium" from Nicholas Eymerich, it was an "official guide about how to make peoples confess anything" in the midle age :p :D

This is also a terrifying and inhumane torture :

@Nanolaser: well, i passed a pair of hours each 2 weeks for almost a year, on a dentist chair, and due to my allergy and reaction problems to anesthetics, half of the times the "happy meeting" was without anesthesy, so i understand perfectly what you mean ..... :p

@Meatball: ROTFL :crackup:

I get all of my dental work done with no freezing.
4 wisdom tooth extractions, about 8 cavities plugged (on the buckle, I like slurpees and freezies too much)
The only time it is a nuisance is when the damn woman with the motorized "tooth cleaner" plays around in an unfilled cavity.
I think she might be sado-masochistic she will go back to a cavity 5 or 6 times....
My dentist didn't charge for extractions if I could go without freezing, it was an idle challenge when he said it but he honored his words (but regretted it) lol.
2 hours to extract the bottom right, 1.5 for the bottom left, and about 10-15 minutes for each of the top wisdoms.
Pffft, childbirth.... BRING IT ON!!!

A good interrogator will know the difference and ensure the person being "questioned" knows it too.

"Jim, I know you're lying to me. I thought we had an understanding. You know you don't want to disappoint me... so let me remind you..."

..... "Jim, I know you're lying to me. I thought we had an understanding. You know you don't want to disappoint me... so let me remind you..."

Jim: "Don't make me upset, i will not please you when i'm upset"

Jack: "Jim, I know you're lying to me. I thought we had an understanding. You know you don't want to disappoint me... so let me remind you..."

Jim: "ok, now i'm upset enough" *"Jim" switch from "dr. Banner" style to "Hulk" style*

"RAAAARGH !! ..... HULK SMASH !!" ..... WHAM! POW! SMACK! CRUNCK! BOOM! SLASH! RIP! SMASH! STOMP!

No more "Jack" .....

(fixed :p :D)
