There was only one Avatar that I remembered hating... it was Hallucynogenyc's old avatar... It was a picture of him self, with his head resting on his hand.. I would always see his avatar and assume he was talking from a bored and slightly agitated point of view... and his native language is not English, so that really agitated me. But I like his avatar a lot better now and he looks a lot more awake :D

I got my avatar because believe it or not, I look a lot like the guy from assassins creed... So much so, that for my 18th birthday my friends bought me a jacket and pants just like the character... I have a picture somewhere in the album of me in the same pose as my avatar :D

If I posted a picture of a British or American soldier shooting at innocent civilians, or firing off mortars towards innocent citizens ... or even using DU ammunition in populated areas, would I be flamed for that? And don't ANYONE dare say that it does not happen, it does.

@Byrnz93 That's exactly what I'm getting at ... it's just a picture.

You're still missing the point. This is a laser forum. No body should be using people shooting anyone for avatars. Also, again, there is no context in the photo. I know why he is posting the photo, I get his point. Its just not the right thing to post here. On top of it, the timing sucks. You cant get mad because people are getting upset, because Simon is the only person that knows the context of the photo. If he had Gandhi, not a word would be spoken. He obviously wants people to get upset.

Far Cry 2 is a pretty good game, but I found it got slightly repetitive after a while. The change of scene was nice though.

The only avatar I remember hating was an animated rainbow man - I think it was Rob's but it got changed pretty quickly.

lol well I thought hey since I'm Captain Dan and not just Dan and also I look like cartman in reality, I thought I might change it to my favorite character in any show.

I see exactly what you're saying and I completely disagree with ANYONE shooting anyone else, heck I try not to eat meat because I disagree with killing anything without decent purpose. But it's his avatar, and he should be free to make it whatever he wants so long as it isn't something disturbing or inappropriate to youngsters.

Sure, I never had an issue. What I dont like is he is so fast to pull the prejudice card, when his avatar is obviously offending some people. He is almost baiting for debate.
