Large moose wandering on the highways? I never thought about that! I remember seeing moose by the freeway and other roads in Alberta many years ago. Are there many accidents? Here in the US there are many accidents with cars hitting deer. I don't even want to think about a car hitting a moose.

Got a Tesla coil? They generate copious amounts of ozone and oxides of nitrogen. I occasionally use one of my smaller coils for deodorizing (cars, apartments, etc) and it works great. A ten minute run killed off all the stink after a roommates girlfriends dog projectile vomited all over the apartment I used to live in. Killed all the fleas in the carpet too!

2007 let us know when the smell is finally gone, I hope its not as bad now.

That's terrible! Those poor moose can't even safely walk around in the wilderness and cross a road that only serves a few people most of the time, also cars are getting expensive these days. Does most car insurance up there cover moose collisions?

Unfortunately most car insurance here does not cover moose collisions. You can , however , get your favorite pet moose insured for accidental death. It pays double the normal rate !

It's a bit better now. You start to get a bit used to it while you're in the house. Whenever I come home from work though I still get a blast of skunk smell when I open the door.

Whenever the furnace/fans are turned on it erupts from the vents again too. Good thing it's been warm enough to have the windows open instead most of the days since.
