I know we have a media section but that is for lasers. I'm sure there are others here that takes pictures for other reasons. I'd like to see what others take pictures of and I sure others would like to see them also. Here is one I just took a few minutes ago. I used a flashlight so the flash wouldn't go off. I get a nasty shadow from the flash if I use it with my close-up lens set. I think the shadow fits in nicely though. It kind of gives it a creepy effect.

I've seen this little guy around a few times. I usually don't have time to get the tripod setup to get a real good shot though. I could probably fit 2 of them on my pinky finger nail to give you an idea how big the spider actually is.

There was a fire going on near by, so took me a pic from the window:

It wasn't me, I swear it!

Since the time I took this pic there has been two more fires to date. The latest one was yesterday.
It hasn't rained for about a month now. :(

Wow! How did you even get a picture like that? It looks like it is standing on one leg. Have you tried sending that one in for a contest?

Haha Thanks... ;D
Well I saw it making a web, so I took the picture as it was climbing up.

Contest? No, but maybe I'll look into it.

Here's something I saw and thought was funny... a seagull with one leg ;D

It probably wasn't very funny to the seagull OR to the poor sea lion that only got a drumstick instead of a whole chicken ;)
