he probably got a small plasma ball the one you carry for halloween i have one and after removing the plasma ball and place it on your body and try touching something it will do the same its power by 2AA the video i made https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YshuHq4HBvA just skip to 3:11 just find one like this one and test it its very cool shake hand with friends

Why do people on YT like to make fake stuff, do they feel like they are special if they can fool someone? Oh well 6.5 million views, that might be it.
