Whats the deal with rep point? cause I got - rep from someone (you know who you are) for just having a weird statement under my advatar. I also said something in the thread that is reggretable but there was no foul language and the other posters were far worse
in there opinions. This is what I think

that their are some newer forum members that have found it easy pickins to dole out
unnecessarly -rep to neewbies like me. If in good taste I should return the favor that would be stupping to there level. I should have known better but it was purely in line with someone who is so passionate about lasers. I take back my comments and heaven help someone who like me dosen't go with the flock allways. I have allot of great Maverick type ideas that after I validate
will bring up here. Not so if heckled for lack of anything but a high post count

That being said rant over!. Thanks to anyone who can
somewhat understand my plight).

in the mail.

This is really not a funny comment. It is a stupidly dangerous thing to talk about doing, and sounds like it was based on racial intolerance.

Pointing lasers at people isn't funny, saying you'd like to point lasers at the president isn't funny, and making racist remarks isn't funny.

mannered Laser Hobyists.... :-?

The US government has people reading everything... everywhere... and I
wouldn't be surprised... probably even here... (since the clampdown on Lasers
over 5mW and the fact that this is a very popular Laser Forum)..

What better place for them to lurk and see what Idiots are thinking about doing
with their (possibly) High Powered Illegal Lasers...

How is that racial ? Sorry if that sounds that way to you maybe taboo yes but racial <don't think so >I have to live with you people. Racism is drawn by other people not me. The thought of the original statement was the new limo and how industructible it was just to have maybe some kid with a pointer as cheap an availible they are, to be able to, even cast a dot onto the thing. Jeesh now you got me all :-/
never mind it was meant to be kind of like it could happen and at NO POINT SAID HIM SPECIFICALY. I also say Prez admittingly when refering to all president not just the present one
The rest of the statement was sylvester the puddycat . Maybe too young to remember? Anyhow I still only wanted to somehow be involved in at least some laser talk. Give A guy a chance.

Well. You seem to be off on quite a few points. So, as is my custom, I will list them.

1. I did not in any way interfere with your chance to discuss lasers
2. I -repped you for the hypocrisy more than the comment itself. I HATE hypocrisy.
3. "And the other posters were far worse" ...have you checked their reps? I -repped them too...
4. Not going with the flock, and being a maverick. How? By making hateful comments? Doesn't sound too revolutionary to me.
5. I didn't target you because you are a newbie. I have -repped much more well-known members who have been around a lot longer than me.

When c0ld deletes a rep message for any reason, that is the default message that comes up. It doesn't mean that you broke any rules, it just means c0ld deleted it.

C'mon! DUDE....NOBODY is reading anything. Do you think there are enough people in the US to read every forum and every message that is written on teh Internet?
There is NO way anybody will be doing that as a government job.
