Question to the US from Oz.

This is like my friend in NY asking me if people ride kangaroos in Australia, except with a bit less fail.

How much do MagLites cost in the US? I saw a 4D in a local store for $79.99, and thought 'damn, that's a little steep' I just got a 2AA mag with hard case and holster for $20. It was on sale.

I'm not sure about the us but on the gold coast I've seen the super long ones for like $150

I think the 4D's are around 25 bucks here in WA.

Even the super long 6d's are only around 30 or 35. $40 max.

i buy the 2AA mini maglites at walmart for $7.88 .... I don't use them anymore, so I have quite a few sitting at my house. all sorts of colors!

hmmm... I think I'll try to get rid of them on my website for like $10 shipped. would help out those in the "Oz."

Today I learnt that the U.S is a pure market economy and thats why everything costs less in America, Australia on the other hand is a mixed economy which results in higher prices, on the other hand, we get free stuff such as health care, etc. This is why you buy things online ;D

LOL. I haven't seen the "America, F**k Yeah!" Edition. but that is one awesome looking maglite.
