I noticed aliencam started a thread on the Stevecommunity about powerball i have one and think they are great. Does anyone here have one????

Okay - I need sleep. Sorry...

I haven't used any of the "name brand" ones like that - but a similiar model, and couldn't get the darned thing to spin up for me...not coordinated enough perhaps ? ::) Dunno - I DID see the video on the powerball homepage with that guy that made it spin some rediculous fast RPM...WHOA... insane...

Yea that guy done somerthing like 16500 + revs i'm a strong bloke and my best is just over 11000 but i alway reach 10500 revs and exersize at about 8000 revs. :cool:

Remind me to stay on your good side - well, hay - you are across the big pond...so I guess I don't have to stay nice...LOL Cheers ! VERY impressive - I guess I really SHOULD jump on the band wagon and give it a shot again....looks like a good workout - seriously, does it do ANYTHING to your back ? I am on some heavy duty meds for my back issues (torn and herniated discs) and that sucks - but it would be horrific if I "worked" the muscles accidently - so should I hold off on messing with these things ?

It's all about wrists, forearms biceps & shoulders as for your back it shouldn't place much if any stress on it as long as your not overzelous in your workout. But if your not completely sure then consult your doctor for advice ;)

No problem mate and thanks for your comment i appreciate that man. I know i've lost the plot in the past but only because i don't suffer fools easily LOL ;D. The Stevecommunity know this only too well hence this is my new home ;)
