Bulldogs were bred to tackle and kill BULLS

Have you ever heard of a bulldog attacking and killing a human? Nope. Not unless the owner was Michael Vick. The breed was bred to KILL bulls, KILL.

Doesn't mean all they do is kill.

You've insulted mine bro. You've obviously justified the action of laying a baby in the same bed as the dog. You may have dominance over the dog, but the baby doesnt. I wonder how many more times your son pokes your dog in her eyes before she expresses her dominance.

There is a reason why they use these dog exclusively for fighting. Figure it out.

@ TJ one of the guys I used to work with had a pit that was 7 yrs old and he had raised that dog since it was 8 weeks old with his 2 boys and it never bit anyone and was a sweet dog.

Rob was having a party at his house and his 5yr old nephew was playing nerf football with his kids and a couple of others. His nephew got knocked down and the dog bit him in the face tearing his face open from his left eye to his jaw. It took 77 stitches to sew his face back together and the dog was put down.

It was a pretty gruesome sight since I was at the party. No idea why he bit his nephew and not one of the other kids and had never bit anybody before.

I have heard of other cases, that happened 6 years ago and Robs nephew is still going to have surgery to take care of the scars that he has. Since that happened he has had emotional problems and nightmares.

So I have to agree with you about pit bulls. Rob now just has a lazy Basset Hound and he had the attitude the it was the way pit bulls were brought up until that incident, that happened in Vancouver, WA and I hope I never have to see anything like that ever again!

Its all just an ego trip. Men (including myself) dissolution ourselves with the notion we are in control of everything. When the fact is that it only takes a split second to change our lives forever, at any point in time. I learned this the hard way when I injured my back. That one decision changed my life completely.

If I had a to chose a dog from myself it would be a pit bull. And I said I know a family who raised pits for a living. So that statement is total bullshit. Just because I dont agree with you mixing kids with the dog does not mean discriminatory. I related a personal experience to you. If your to stupid to listen to all the other stories in the media, I figured my story may help you get off your pedestal. But its clearly obvious you think you are right and the world is wrong. Even to the point of making up false excuses to justify it to yourself you are right. You're an idiot bro, and I pray you dont learn that the hard way.

You were quoting a statement made to me, there rabid troll.

No I don't own a pit bull, but I've spent plenty of times around them, and dogs in general, almost all my life.

It is hubris to think that we can control everything, but it is also hubris to blame what an animal does because of conditioning on their nature. Pitts can be incredibly loving, and they can also be absolutely vicious. I've been around both, and find the dog reflects the personality of the owner rather well.

Dude you'll always be my friend. I'm a passionate person so I get a little out of hand some times. But all I'm worried about is your kid, and nothing more. It may come out harsh, but obviously I know someone who it has effected, and how it has effected their lives. I dont ever want to see that happen to anyone, even if it pisses you off hearing it.

We'd take my friends pit out in the woods and he would chew the bottom out of a 4" thick tree, and topple it. Then he would debark the whole tree, and then chew out 2' sections of the tree. Instant firewood! He would do that all day.
