Nah It's just someone said he transferred a money to me, (we had a deal) |

so he wants me to do my part

The transfer from paypal to another paypal should be instant, right?

doesn't matter if they both live in the same country, blah blah blah. ??

Yup, it is instant

BTW, the site should be fake and is not paypal
