So i am confused to my current paypal status. I ordered a diode stand etc from aixiz and the tracking said it has been picked up from Houston and is currently in Chicago. Same as most my other orders. I then received a payment request. Something i have never seen before on paypal. Here is a picture of what it is. Does anyone know what i should do? My item apparently is already sent so why am i now asked to pay more?

I would contact both PP & Aixiz and mention this, it might just be a mistake on their part.

Have emailed them. Awaiting a reply. This is really odd, have never seen anything like this from any of my orders online.

If you were not expecting it they probably just sent an invoice to the wrong address. You can cancel it by hitting the drop down where it says to pay.:)

You have to manually select and add shipping options to your cart, if you didnt already.. they will send you an invoice most likely to cover for shipping costs, It is actually nice of them to ship it first (if that is the case) whoever claims them to be a scammer have no idea what AixiZ is to hobbyist..

Well I think more info is needed. I ordered 10 pack of focus rings. Total with shipping was $5 which I paid. A few weeks later I get another invoice for $2.75 shipping and handling. I paid the $2.75 but thought it was weird

I didn't pay it i canceled it. When i added everything to cart i added shipping and paid the price. When they email me back and let me know if it this is the case i will more than happily pay them. Just never seen this type of thing on paypal before and trying to get some clarification.

How much did you pay for the item (diodes). Could that be a recipe with a glitch showing it's unreconciled?

Hi all, accounting send these out after we ship. The issue is that our web site is poor when it comes to the shipping issue. On the front page of the site we remind customers to select shipping. The shipping link is here: http://www.aixiz.com/store/index.php/cPath/22

OsCommerce does not give us the ability to integrate at the checkout section the correct shipping costs.

Please note we never, ever hold up anyones order because of this, we just "hope for the best" with our good customers!

Thanks for chiming in Chuck. I've never seen this practice so when the invoice for $2.75 showed up I thought it was weird. I've heard nothing but great things about you and your business so I paid the $2.75 without questioning it. Thanks for the clarification :)

Thank youu heaps for clearing this up Chuck. Please resend me the invoice and i will pay it. I honestly thought i had paid shipping and that i selected the right things.
