1) no i cant see your pics in posts
2) i think that using the UK card would be pointless as it probably isnt active anymore. i think its simple just to create a new paypal account and add your slovakian working card to it. that should do the trick

I can't see the picture, probably a linking issue...
About Paypal -- for the record, I've been using it for quite some time from a neighbouring country to yours so things should be similar, of course differences may arise:
1) Is the correct solution. You do not need to delete the UK card, however if it is not valid anymore you should.

Simply adding a new CC will do the trick, it doesn't even have to be "verified" in order to extract money on it, but it's needed for payments. Please note however that PayPal has some quirks that will make your choice of card an issue:

1. For paying, sometimes Visa cards in $ with CVV2 have problems (they won't verify). It is apparently an incompatibility between PayPal's software and only some banks, you should double check with your chosen bank first -- some require you to sign a sepparate paper for that. Mastercard in € seem to work properly.

2. For receiving (extracting) money, only a Visa in $ will work. So if you chose a Mastercard in step 1. you'll need a second card here. However if you do not need to get money out of PayPal and only use the account for payments, the Mastercard will be enough.

3. You can use Debit instead of Credit cards, but only if they are true Mastercard/Visa and not the Maestro/Visa Electron variants.

You don't need a new account and can keep several cards active, however as I said it's no use if the card itself has been withdrawn.

Another issue worth mentioning: if the account was created from your UK address, you should change all details to point towards your new home (most importantly a phone number), otherwise you risk triggering some of the many boobytraps PayPal has set in their "fraud-detecting" algorithms, and getting things fixed can be difficult.

Best of luck,
Mihnea
