Hey all not to disrespect students- retired or dissabled people just wondering besides being laser freaks wich we all are what are some of your jobs i am a grease monkey aka maintenance mechanic ;D

we process 3-4 million chickens per week I am Plant 1 plant 2 and packaging supervisor i run a 50-60 man crew so i'm probibly hated by 50-60 men lol

LOL I'm a airframe and powerplant mechanic too but I don't do that anymore. I went to George T. Baker. Ever heard of it?

Ah the GE TF-34s. I sure miss the sound they made flying overhead. I spent a few years as a forward air controller. That was my preferred close air support aircraft.

Anyway, now I'm an engineer. Also working on a Ph.D. in physics.

They do have a distinct sound to them just like the C-5. IMO, the A-10 does sound like a quieter version of the C-5. I worked on the C-5 and C-17 in Germany before I moved here last August. I worked on the KC-135R/T before that. I'd have to say I liked working on the KC-135 the most so far. The A-10 is ok except for working on the inboard side of the engines. I have long arms so they cramp up while trying to work on stuff up close.

I can't say I have heard of it. It seems like everybody talks about Embry Riddle.

I do nothing

I'm jobless 0$/hour.That's why a 50 dollar investment for my blu-ray project is a big investment to me right now....Going to college in october.

Random construction clean up/simple tasks/electrical trimming, $9 an hour. If I'm lucky I get to do yard work at the construction sites (Basements and house finishing) for $12-$15 an hour. Unfortunately most of that money is going to be put in my gas tank of the old car I am going to drive when I get my license.

I work on construction sites, doing final cleans getting the place ready for handover. Pays good, $20 hour.
Used to be in IT, mainly web and graphic design, but is so boring sitting in a chair all day.

I'm not sure how to give a short job description of my job in English. I would be something like 'final controller of X-ray analytical equipment'. Stuff I do includes calibrating, checking for electrical/mechanical/x-ray safety and checking reproducibility. Studied mechanical engineering but not on university level.
