This means that the spammers here will be reduced only because ped will have more time on his hands and well less time on his hand. :na::shhh::evil:

Porn to men is like air , we can fap to drying paint if god forbids , they start dressing women in burkahs because they're"sexually enticing"

It could just be the start ,damn every time the UK bring in some nanny law Australia is usually next to follow ...sigh

Actually, I thought Australia would be the one to order it first. They already have a lot of regressive nanny laws in place from a long time ago.

The interesting part is who the hell is going to police it and determine whats extreme porn and whats just very kinky porn regardless of how they are going to actually TRY and implement it on the internet. :anyone:

I think it's all porn. The reason for this is probably to keep track of people who watch porn in case they look child related stuff...... maybe

You guys realize this is meant to distract people in the UK from the actual goal... of building a system to actively monitor what people are doing online in real time.

My guess is Cameron has decided he wants his own version of PRISM/NSA spying apparatus.

They already have a video surveillence system that includes facial recognition... I feel like they probably already have something like that.

Probably, but I just don't see another rationale for a smart politician to push for something like this porn ban, except to expand capabilities to better detect what people do online.

This would also be a wet dream for the copyright industry... imagine them being able to send people bills just for streaming a video.

It would be an extreme intrusion into privacy and freedom of expression/freedom of speech.

From a technical perspective it would also be exceedingly difficult.

What about about google glass?

There are already TONS of cameras out there watching people in public... anyone in public is already free to photograph you as long as they do so from a public location.

The uproar over google glass is foolish. Want something to rage about, consider how many cameras the government, and private businesses have trained on you.

Oh, and the POV porn thing? That's been around for years and years.

Cops are certainly getting in on the action too... albeit reluctantly.... http://www.taser.com/products/on-officer-video/axon-flex-on-officer-video

I've said it before and ill say it again; the trading in of liberties for security only ends with the former "free" man in a cell; be it proverbial, virtual, or physical.

Stock up now while you still can, haha.

Oh and I hope it won't last but these days I'm doubting optimism more and more.

Can anyone tell me why? What is the logic behind this decision?
