My windows XP(Dell) for some reason is no longer recognizing either My new Polaroid camera OR my card reader- so I must burn to disc on another PC to load any pix--My brother has some I need to find link for also there are some here- ttp://spanishlakesgolfhome.mysite.com some of the tools in Dads workshop have been given away to old friends- but most all else is as shown- has new roof and carport-very clean and ready to use....HZ

Sorry if the link is not 'clickable' should work if you copy/paste in your browser however. .............................................. -- IMO- this place is a no lose-(win/win)-deal- with proper insurance any storm damage that might occur (seems to be a location that most storms miss) is covered- so unless you feel a need to move a lot of expensive items into the place- you really have lost very little in a worst case scenerio. .................................................. All the metal shutters fold down and the place can be secured in only a few hours at most- a little longer to open back up but it has never been too difficult to do. ............................................... Great place to relocate one of your relatives and then you would always be on the welcome list to take a break from the winter weather. Many of the residents no longer go back North for the summer. There are always activities going on at the clubhouse- if you like fishing either Atlantic Ocean, pier ,jetties or the many bass ponds on the property this is an ideal location. ................................................................................................ You will never pay a greens fees here or at the other properties owned by the same company. Birdwatchers heaven, Bald Eagles, spooonbills- cranes and many many more. White sand beaches a short drive away. N/P happy to answer all--btw lots of Canadians keep a place there--- Its a buyers market down there-- more nice places to sell than buyers--The HOA- takes care of most everything and dad pays 491$ per month-( he is now in a assisted living place for keeps)- they pay a once a yr deal for the water/sewage of 225$-(no meter & great drinking water too)- so you have phone-cable( pd . up for quite a while IIRC) no taxes--yearly stickers instead-- (will ask brother rick how much) and insurance- -I've always said ' put a senior(55+) relative in there and you will always have a standing invite to visit'-- Its no way like a 'trailer park" much nicer in every way-9 hole par 3 free golfing-lots of room between the homes--nice wooded areas all around the place-huge clubhouse complex and swimming Pools(one is heated too)several large ponds here and there with big bass( catch and release) short drive to free white sand beaches-- I will send you a link to see it from Google Earth if you want-- If I did not have so much going on here in Tx I would move there for sure-- but no way right now--ask any more question you any have and I will do my best to answer--Len (HZ)
