Hey everyone,

You may know me by know, but if you don't, my name is Tom and I'm a graphic designer from Australia.

I'm really into being a laser enthusiast, and I'm loving every aspect of this forum, yes even the flaming of each other. :p (on occasion).

What I wanted to know is:

I'm thinking of making a new theme for the site, something unique, something that will bring more enthusiasts to the forum.

I've done soo many phpbb, ipb, vb themes, it gives me a headache if I'm asked to do one, but I haven't been asked to do this one, I'm offering it, free of charge to the members and owners of the forum.

Please list in point form below, what colours you'd like to see on the forum. (rgb, etc etc)

That's step 1.

i personally like the dark shadows theme but i like dark colors...

Bahaha - Well trust me, dark is what I'm going for.

It will very similar to this one, but with a 2.0 touch.

I think our new theme should be congressional euthanasia.

Unless of course by theme, you meant skin.

I think maybe the new theme should be DARK (with maybe some undertones of domination)

Or maybe like a carnival (but with leather)

We could do the flowers of Spring Time (as viewed through the bars of a dungeon)

Seriously though, I'm pretty used to the consistent dark theme, but I know that several people use a white version, because it's easier on the eyes. Maybe a similar design, but with increased use of transparent regions (I use transparency a lot in my web designs) and possibly "ajaxey" code to hide sections of the page that people don't find useful (for instance, I never use the footer links, so an option to expand or contract this would be useful and is do-able in javascript).
