Very cool, i just love the look of geodes. I have a large "chunk" sitting on my desk :D

Maybe not, but you have Herkimer diamonds (double terminated quartz) in NY. You can also go up coast a way to the MAJOR pegmatite districts of MA an ME or down the coast to the fossils and agatized coral of FL

That's cool i live in mass didn't even know those type of rocks were here thanks may have to go look for some someday.
