More police horror in New Mexico

Here are the parts that really grab my attention in that article.

First, the fact that she was charged $5,000+ for the "medical procedures". She was actually given the bill for being raped. "The suit claims the hospital "violated her" and then gave her the $5,000 bill."

Next, the CBP agents offered to pay for the $5,000+ in "medical procedures", IF she signed the consent forms, which she refused to do. So, in effect, they raped her repeatedly, while asking her several times to sign the consent forms (which she refused to do), and threatened her with $5,000+ in medical bills should she continue to refuse signing the consent forms, all the while continuing to rape her.

"The lawsuit said after the CT scan one of the officers told the woman she could sign the medical consent form and CBP would pay for the exams, but if she did not sign, she would be charged. The woman refused to sign and eventually she was charged more than $5,000 for the examinations.

According to the lawsuit, she repeatedly refused to consent to any of the searches."

As a side note, when they're not forcibly gang raping you the police are driving their .mil surplus anti-IED vehicles at 75mph and crashing them into your cars. Luckily they didn't mow down a minivan full of kids while playing with their new toys.

Sadly whenever something does 'break' the incident is reported as a lone nutjob criminal rather than an otherwise decent citizen who was pushed too far by our oppressive police policies.

See I see those as the tower wobbling a little bit and everyone holding their breath. Shits about to drop and it won't be fun for anyone. They are already fucking with the military. People don't do 20 years because they love this country, they do it for the pension. Unless things drastically change I'm pulling chocks, same with everyone else I've talked to. No sense in giving up my life serving those who don't represent.

This is one of many, many, cases of abuse. For every story you do read about, there are literally hundreds that end differently and are never reported.

There was a very similar case not two months back of a man having to undergo a colonoscopy also having to do with suspicion of the presence of drugs.

(The war on drugs has been such a success... )

I sincerely hope the doctors, and nurses involved also lose their licenses and face criminal charges over having conducted a procedure without consent.

I think people are starting to wake up a bit to police running amok.

The ACLU conducted investigations in municipal courts of Westminster, Wheat Ridge, and Northglenn, Colorado – all of which are located just outside Denver – and found that each of the cities regularly hand out “pay or serve” warrants that lock up those who cannot foot the bill.

A facility in Jefferson County, Colorado, for example, was found to be holding individuals who owed a total of $50, but the cost to keep them behind bars was $70 a day. Linda Roberts’ time in custody cost the government $1,700. Over a five month span taxpayers in Jefferson County alone paid $110,000 to keep poor people in jail, according to the ACLU.

Kid is handcuffed. Is in the back of a police cruiser. Gets shot, and dies.

Now how exactly does that happen, where a kid who is presumably patted down, and handcuffed in the back, in the back of a cramped back seat?

Of course the cop is as always, on paid administrative leave.

The other cops are patting themselves on the back for not beating the crap out of anyone else, and say that no permit for the protest was granted.
