I'm sure you can get these images off the web but I got to get up close to these last Sunday at the numistmatist show in Portland, Oregon. There were two armed guards withing a few feet , one private , one city cop.

for a second I thought this was a thread for how to make your own money lol.
Those are some insane bills. I think the treasury would cry if anyone tried to cash even one of them.

I'm starting to wonder if something is wrong with me. My first thought at seeing the 500 million was wondering how many lasers I could buy with that... :-/

america? no
the closest in america is pure gold coins or gold bars (people are actually buying physical gold bars as investments because they are guaranteed to be worth it. they are only about 50k i think)

zimbabwe i think has a problem though

Not in the US, I think they stopped production of bills over $100 in the 30's. I sold a $500 bill on eBay once and got $800 out of it...not bad.
