the top Rotor to the Fly-Bar...

I charged it up and it still flew very well... I must say... the GYRO is great..
It's like flying a larger Helli... very stable.. I'm impressed..

The second heli was in perfect shape in the box... Charged it up... and
gave it power.... but only the Top Rotor was spinning... the Bottom
Rotor had no movement.... Started taking it apart and with some testing
found that the Motor was defective... the Other motor shows 70 Ohms
and this one 0 Ohms...

I'm trying to get some replacement motors from the seller...
I still have 2 coming from DX (maybe another 2 months...
and an even smaller one from eBay...

Yeah.... I like my toys... Also have a Micro RC Plane with 9.5"
wingspan...

@Jerry: So the gyro is really that great? Could you make a video? Btw, I want to see the pilot. I think you're the only vet which face I still haven't seen lol :D

Hey Guys....
I can't take any vids here... I'm not setup...

This is the Green heli I bought and it flies exactly like in the video
on the bottom of listing... the head lock gyro is amazing for this price...

Jerry, check on DX. They mailed me too about the order being shipped. but they only shipped half of the order (the training legs I also bought). The heli is still waiting for supplier...

I still demand a photo of you on the vets section at least xD

From what I've used in the payst, I've got half a dozen or more of the mosquito RC's which are very similar, except RF instead of IR control and no stabilizer gyro.

I've tried the two channel Airhogs style and wasn't impressed with them. I got a Walkera 5#6 which is also about the same size (they have new model now) but is a 4 channel with the gyro. Lots more power from the motors, but takes a bit more practice to trim and control right.

I loved the 3 channel and I could hover some without the stick as long as the batteries were fairly stable. I think this 3 channel is a great price and with the metal and the gyro added it has to be great for flying, however it appears to be a little bigger than the other ones I mentioned.

The older ones are tricky indoors anywhere near a wall. The walls act like a suction point and draw the helicopter right into it. So keep that in mind. The 8" will probably be harder in hallways to control than the 6". But at least maybe the metal parts will hold up longer.

shipped.. No Backorders...:wave:

Hey Albert... when I earlier posted that my total DX order had shipped..
that was the info posted on their Tracking page...

I just checked it again and Helis are now marked "Pending" and no
longer marked "shipped" as before...:eek:
That pi$$es me off to the "Xtreme"...

The He!! with this... :mad:

I just ordered 2 more off eBay...
It seems that the eBay hellies will get here 2 Months before DX...:whistle:
