Do they normally live on the bottom like that?
I've never seen these jellyfish before.
All the jellies I've seen must be kept in a circular aquarium with moving water.

Upside down jellies are a odd type of jellyfish that live in the tropics. They sit upside down so they can grow symbiotic algae on their tentacles. They don't need circle flow for this type since they like to stay at the bottom.
Moon jellyfish however need the circle flow, so your right about that. I sell moon jellyfish tanks too but don't have a video at the moment. Moon jellyfish get up and swim 24/7
