Linking to videos...

I've just spent the last 15 minutes trying like HELL to make a post in the multimedia section to link to some vids I have made of a couple of my lasers.....I'm getting the brackets but I get an error every time I try to post my message....

For some reason I can have a link in my sig but I can't make a post with links....how do I get around this problem? I don't know who the mods are here so that's why I'm posting in this section.
