LED flashlight, collumating?

i want to make an LED flashlight with LED's off DX and make some awesome flashlight. is it possible to focus the led's, il try and use about 20.
and make the beam vissible, and it go over 100m.

that would be awesome.
so any help, i plan on getting some flashlight off DX aswell as LED's and a lens, that will alow it to go to spotlight and flood light. ie, focusable.

Multiple led flashlights wont work very well for tight beams.Just hold a magnifying glass in front of it to see why. :
