Not sure.... not working for me either 
The main server has gone down, and taken the DNS with it. You will need to go to mibbit.com/chat (Or your own IRC client), click "server"
Type in: irc.pseudo-servers.com
Enter your nick, channel #laserchat
That should get you in until the main server is back up
