I just checked my soldering iron details, model number, etc. It's a KTB-30W. The tips sucks ass, it's too wide, and there's this 'crater' near the tip that's slowly getting deaper. So, I know I don't need a whole new soldering iron, only a tip, but I was looking arround, and I found this. Anybody else have this particular iron? Or one by the same company who could tell me how good it is performance wise? Here it is:
This UL listed 30 watts soldering iron features a replaceable tip, ergonomically designed cool grip rubber handle, and a nickel-iron plated long life copper tip. It provides an operating tip temperature of up to 860°F with fast heating time and quick heating recovery.
