IRC channel

Recently at the IRC channel irc.ecnet.org:6667 #laserchat
things and I were there, and someone decided to come in and spam the channel.
Would maryanne please put something in place to deal with spammers etc?
Things and I are both happy to be ops in the channel. I have past IRC op experience too.
I would put this in a PM but I don't know if maryanne's ident is the same on here.

you copied it????? damn i totally forgot about copying it! yah mari, i'd definately love to be a OP, as i am on alot of the time, and would like to keep the irc free of that kind of BS!
