To amend title 18, United States Code, with respect to cyberbullying.


"(a) Whoever transmits in interstate or foreign commerce any communication, with the intent to coerce, intimidate, harass, or cause substantial emotional distress to a person, using electronic means to support severe, repeated, and hostile behavior, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both."

Yeah, i agree, their are alot of people like that and if they plan to imprison them for this, then they must make some more prisons for all the new members lol :D

that is the most useless thing i have ever seen.

you would need probably 400+ people to file complaints against someone for the govt to actually do something

I know a few forums that would have to shut down. What good is this law? Protecting a person from "online bullying". Life is hell sometimes and if a person can't handle dealing with "online bullying" they must be extremely sheltered. Good luck handling life when it's time to move out of mommy and daddy's house.
