Just watched one of the craziest movies I've ever seen, Altered States.
ALTERED_STATES_AVI-((Demonoid.com)) : Movies > Sci-Fi - Mininova

someone recommended it on /b/

This movie is like a combination of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas and Requiem for a Dream, except more insane than both. Requiem is my favorite movie.

I believe it was made in 1980 as well, lots of hippie ideas.

none of the movies mentioned above are for children or the weak hearted.

It's not necessarily good, just very crazy. in the last 5 seconds it kind of ties the whole movie together, but most of the movie is people tripping on crazy mushrooms.

edit: Hey HumanSymphony, did you ever paint your house in GITD paint?
