If something, is at a wavelenth not measurable by you, yet occupies the same space, is it there or not. If the atoms that make up your body, are apart of something else at another wavelenth, does it still exist?

The naturalist and the materialist would say love is not a "thing".

"If science cannot see it, it must not be there."

so they say.

Most people don't need a microscope to know that's not true.

Yes, if you cannot see a table because your blind, can you stub your foot. First part out the way. Virtual particles can be measured, so they are real. Now if it was in a different dimension It depends on the way you mean the word, I would say yes, if it exists at all then it exists.

Don't make threads about your penis.

I LoL'd

HitShane - not sure I fully understand your question, but yes. Despite our limited vision in the color spectrum & what we're capable of seeing, it's there. Even if it had nothing to do with any visible or invisible wavelength but with cloaking or the bending of light around it's being, it's still there. And even if you consider the possibility of multiple dimensions that exist all around us & throughout time (12 of them I think, not sure) - not only is it there, but it's been there! We're not exactly meant to comprehend the multiple dimension perspective though because of it's complexity (the infinity of infinities...) but we cannot limit ourselves to believe that something isn't there only because we cannot see it

:p I was catching up on physics and this is the problem that always comes up. Measurements in quantum physics. The very act of measuring an atom or particale changes it. Is it really there or is our act of looking for it, creating it :p I just wanted to see what people would say, but I didn't quite get the results I was looking for :p I like how the general notion now is that there is no matter. Just different wavelenths of energy.

^^ A question answered with a question :p Thank you for posting the video :) So again, is something only there because we know it is :p If no one knows its there, is it still there :p Does the act of ones mind thinking about something create it :) All the greatest minds have stated, that if you can think it or believe it, then it is real. So, nothing is real until we make it >:p Does everything in the known realm, only exist, because we thought it up :p Does this make us Gods?

Of course not!

The very fabric of space and time itself are dependent on we humans perceiving it

But then, of course, it doesn't really matter now, does it?

Since I cannot see you, you do not even exist.

I find that, once again, I am simply talking to myself

Are you seriously questioning the existence of radio, ultraviolet, and others, or have I misunderstood your question?

Whether you're in an existential quandary or you just read the first paragraph of a philosophy textbook, I think the answer to this question is obvious. :yh:
