Oh, the huge manatee, very funny pic ;D. It's too bad that hot air balloons aren't floating around at night when you could actually see your laser on them! Oh yeah, and whether or not its illegal to point them at a hot-air balloon, there are no potentially dangerous consequences, the only things that might happen are you scaring people and getting yourself arrested. Keep in mind that I wouldn't dare even shine mine at a slow-moving vehicle, even if it was my neighbor pulling into his driveway. So I don't want anyone to think that I advocate illegal activity, but let's not get uptight about someone simply thinking about it. Anyway, I don't think it's wise to do it, unless you want to fast-track a laser ban like the one soon to be implemented in Australia :'(
