Hey!

Today is the special pricing for Apple things. Today the $ is .75€ while normally
is about .78 or so. What this means? I can get an iPod touch for about 170€
(with good shipping and things, you know).

But the problem is that obviously the US Apple store does not ship to other
that the US, and I live in Spain. What I need is someone to order it for me and
then ship it to me (and I pay you with PP). The shipping wont pass $15, I hope.
It would be great if someone could do this for me.

I know this could sound a little like "Hey I'm Rafa and I'm here to scam you!" but
I think my reputation is enough to you guys know that I don't want to scam you.

I'm not sure if I will buy it but I need to know if someone could do this to
decide.

Thanks in advance!

Not for threadjack, and not for bash you, i'm just curious ..... i really don't know why peoples, with all the better (and cheaper, and not format-locked) available alternatives, still want apple products ..... :p

just as example: ARCHOS ..... not so bad, for around 80 Euro .....

You will need to provide a link to the site from which you wish to order. If the company has a physical presence in the state where the person helping you lives, you will be charged state sales tax.

For example, if the company has a physical presence (a store, an outlet, a warehouse, order house, etc.) in California and I helped you, they would charge us 9.75% state tax. Someone from outside of California would have to order it for you.

Peace,
dave

Tax rate

In accordance with state and local law, your Apple Online Store purchases will be taxed using the applicable sales tax or seller’s use tax rate for your shipping address. The tax listed during checkout is only an estimate. In California, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island, sales tax is collected on the unbundled price of the iPhone.
Your invoice will reflect the final total tax, which includes state and local taxes, as well as any applicable rebates or fees.

It looks like they charge state tax everywhere :(

In CA, MA, & RI they even charge it at the higher "unbundled" price! YIKES!

It might not be such a good deal for you :banned:

Peace,
dave

Thanks, daguin. Helpful as always. With taxes, and a good shipping... the prices go too
high. I think it would be even cheaper to buy it here. It sucks when they say 1$=1€.
Finally I'm going to spend the money in something else. (An used Jackson RR3 if someone's
curious)

@HIMNL9: I like iPods. It's just that. And if using some good earphones (sennheiser,
for example) and high quality AAC music the iPod can beat any other MP3 player by
far in audio quality.

You never said what Ipod you wanted or gave a link to it. There was someone trying to sell an Ipod on the forum the other day.

I'm pretty sure this cost more than a Ipod ;) I have about 7 Ibanez guitars last purchase was a JS1200CA. I tell the wife I'm gonna keep buying more until I get one I can play:twak:

Well... yeah the jackson cost more than the iPod, but hey, I highly prefer playing musica than listening to it!

The guy who is selling it wants 270€, thats dirt cheap if you ask me.

Uhm, not so sure about this ..... i had an old Acer 440 player (undertaken somewhere, now :p), and with Shenneiser earphones mine had much better "audio feeling" than ipods that i've tried ..... not speaking the fact that it was eating any format without require conversions with itune software, and that it had 40Gb of space (and that i had payed it less than half of a 4Gb ipod, when i buyed it ;))
