How long does it take tracking info to show up

Well I ordered a laser and got the tracking number but when i search it up on usps nothing shows up, its been 2 and a half days and still not working.

So I ask you LPF, how long does it take your tracking info to go into effect?

EDIT: ordered from rayfoss ordered june 30th shipped july 1st. Shipped from hong kong i think

Depends... a lot. It would help if you included who you bought the laser from, where the laser ships from, etc.

would also depend if it was shipped UPS, Rayfoss ship by honkong post unless you paid extra

Most occasions it takes at least 24 hours from them receiving the package for the tracking to take effect .

From what I have experienced anyway .

Depends.

I ordered headphones from a site before and the tracking didn't show up until I had already received them a week or so later. That's the worst I've had though. Majority of sites take about a day.

Hm, well Im guessing mine is going to show up tommorow or never, been 2 1/2 days so far so whatever. Chances are im not going to recieve it next week, but if i do it'll be on friday.

and what sucks the most is im going on vacation on saturday next week for a week so I wont be able to use my laser for an entire week,

Yeah, it was shipped by usps.

No problem. Out of curiosity, what laser did you order, and from where? Post some pics and maybe do a review when you get your laser!

ill let you in in one of my experiences, i ordered a laser from a member , and for 2 weeks i got the stupid USPS error message, had me get worried too, then, just the night before i got it, it showed up, on the tracking, and i got it the next afternoon.

so it can be useless sometimes lol

USPS tracking is useless, like others have said, 1/2 the time it arrives before the tracking even updates.
