The one in the blues index finger looks shorter than the ring finger which would mean that is a guy.Women have a longer index finger than ring finger. Try it yourself.

The one in blue is a dude, the other 2 are girls, I think.

And the girls may very well be hot underneath their ganguro fashion, it's hard to say.
