What's so scary? They're quite possibly just your average high school girls. It's fashion, one big fad. They love kitty-chan (aka Hello Kitty), they think certain skin tones look better, they like wild styles and hair color. They may very well be trying to rebel or get attention at home. Look at some Americans out there...
