I recently dived into the world of hotheads. You would not believe the scale and the level from 0= a bell pepper to Blair's 6:00 am= 16,000,000 million SCU. The SCU is the measurement of "hotness" that a product can produced be it a pepper or a sauce. How Hot Are Chile Peppers? | Scoville Heat Scale | Chile Heat Scale | Capsaicin Scoville Units
I should also state that all peppers produce a chemical called capsaisin
it is responsible for the pain that you feel when you eat these.

Take in consideration that Tabasco is about 2,140 on that scale.

I made a schweet deal for three of Blair's products the 2:00 am line
his 3:00 am line the finally his 6:00 am.:cryyy: Hott stuff and I have been know to partake in food of the hottest kind.

ds_collector_6am_l.jpeg
= 6:00 am (this product is... $379.00 on the net).

Blairs3am.jpg
= this is the 3:00 am extract that is around $40.00 bucks

Blairs2am.jpg
= this is the one I opened and tested. My tongue is still hurting:cryyy: around $24.99 all of these are 2oz containers.

here is a link that I found useful on determining what I was wanting to get:
Hottest Sauces in the World - Scoville Unit - The Hottest Sauce in the World

here is the shop I was going to use to buy these :
Hot Sauce Super Store - HotSauceWorld.com

I found a local man that had a hot shop, but his business went under
and I scooped these three up for a total of $75.00 US. The local man must have not know that the Blair's 6:00am price was driven up by collectors and the fact that Blair only makes a certain amount of his reserve blends. Thanks for reading and here is a you tube of some people trying hot extracts (capsaisin).

Ugh. No thanks. Celery is about as spicy as I want to go.
But, I think putting some of Blair's 3:00 am into a tabasco sauce bottle would be a mean (but funny) trick to pull on someone. :eg:

Those would make some killer pepper spray :eg:
I believe the hottest spray on the market is at 5 million SHU.
I've never had anything hotter than those little red Thai chilis... nor do I want to.

I like spicy food (indonesian, thai, curries), but this seems like total madness :)

I doubt these extremely hot peppers have much culinary qualities to them, but appeal mostly to daredevils that just have to try.

Wow that was a really good buy! How hot is 6AM compared to the 16 million reserve crystals?

I cultivate Habanero peppers in my homeroom lol It's the 2nd hottest natural thing on the earth I believe. I'll send any of you seeds or a small pepper as long as you pay shipping if you want.

They are very easy to cultivate and you'll get a plant for every seed. You just water them once every 3 or 4 days, and you'll get 10 peppers or so from every plant. That being said, unless you have a perfect environment, they're gonna be small to medium peppers. Enough, anyway, believe me.

And this video still doesn't make justice. I've seen a friend of mine literally crying. I haven't eaten any since I found blood on a shit of mine, and I'm not joking.

I have eaten hot sauce approximately 500,000 scoville units. It's called Black Mamba; it's a chocolate habanero sauce with added capsaicin extract. My dad tried The Source, reputedly the hottest sauce in the world. He took a big scoop of it, and it apparently was more than he was expecting.

Scotch Bonnet peppers are my favorite, definitely hotter than Tabasco but definitely less hot than Dave's Insanity or Mad Dog 357, which in my opinion are too hot for food but I can handle them.

My favorite hot sauce was one called Scott's, made from Scotch Bonnet peppers. It was delicious. I ate it all, unfortunately.

Do you actually enjoy sauces that hot or do you just like saying that you own them? Kind of a harsh question, but be honest with yourself. Is it worth the money you spend?

I once got back at a bully with some Dave's Insanity sauce, it's a fairly long story and buried in the archives here somewhere in the "Share your epic school stories" thread if you're interested, that thing could use a bump but I'm too lazy.

That sauce is approximately the same as my peppers. I really don't like the taste of the peppers because you basically don't feel anything else than a hell growing on your mouth, but it's funny to see people reactions to it. About it being worth the money or not, well, I got the seeds for free and I've only spent water, so... xD

@ rocket I have a sever tolerance for pain in the hot food department. I dated a Puerto Rican girl for over 4 years let me tell you her mom was all about spicy dinners :) I sure miss that.

I have always loved Mexican food and of late the wings I have been eating are particularly hOt.

The 6:00 am I happened upon I will keep unopened. The 2:00 am I gave my boss.
The 3:00 am I have already put a dab in my jalapeños I usually put those on my hot dogs and tacos... I have dared my cousins to try the mad dog extract I purchased and they did not fair so well. That stuff left a blister on my tongue for 20 min.;(
