Nice video, but that's not what I'm thinking of!
What I see in the video is too complicated for my capabilities!
I intend to insert 2 12x45mm modules complete with 1.5w each in order to get 3w totals! that's all !
Is there some photo guide here?

Combining two laser beams isn't hard. Getting them into a working pointer, a bit more complex. I suggest you work in lab form first so you can get an idea of what you are doing.

larger bench test setup to test any
combining solution that you will choose.
I would also use much lower powered
445nm Lasers for the combining tests.
It will be a lot safer...

What wavelength? I'm assuming 445nm. If so then why bother combining two 1.5W's? You would expect to see about 2.6-2.8W depending on losses. But instead you could use a single 3.5W+ NDB7A75 diode.
Also when combining it is important to note that you will have a '+' shaped beam, and reduced beam quality unless a waveplate is used.

1.5W Nichia 405nm x2 ,yep maybe it's good take a single diode like 6w+ with max peak 7.4W !

FYI... There is a huge difference between a 405nm LD
and an 445nm LD... I don't think you will find a single
405nm at "6w+ with max peak 7.4W"

3D, I think you may be confusing 405 and 445/450. The highest you can realistically expect out of a 405 BDR-209 is 1.2W, 1.3W at an push and that is with serious overdriving.
Now with losses and assuming you have two 1.2W 405's running you could expect 2.1-2.3W. Where did you get 6W+ from with 405's?
