Its actually not bad. Not something I would eat all the time but as an appetizer it was delicious.

Horse meat tastes very good. Its very common in Europe and actually costs more than beef! :beer:

I've had horse meat at one time and it tasted
a bit sweeter and less fatty that beef. It was
quite good in the stew...
You probably wouldn't even notice it in Swedish
meatballs...

I have eaten the IKEA meatballs in tomato sauce and they are very tasty. The reason for adding horse meat is that it is actually cheaper than real beef. But the label should mention horse meat, that is what the whole case is about.
